We are pleased to announce at the Special Shareholder Meeting held on Tuesday, 6 December 2022 the Rangatira Limited (Rangatira) shareholders resolved to approve the
continuation of Rangatira Share Buy Back Scheme.
Details of the votes cast are as follows:
- Votes in favour: 1,628,462 (100% of votes cast)
- Votes against: 0 (0% of votes cast)
The votes cast represented 17.33% of issued share capital eligible to vote on the
resolution.
